BIBA wanted to reach affluent female shoppers to inform them about their latest discount offers at BIBA stores.
Female shoppers within the age group of 30 to 45 years residing in affluent areas in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Surat.
BIBA was facing a challenge reaching out to such a niche audience set in select areas.
Approach & Execution:
We leveraged Vserv Authentic Data to reach female shoppers living only in the affluent areas of four cities, through specific pin code level targeting. We created a unique image message informing this audience set about the discounts offered at their nearest BIBA stores. The message also contained a link which led users to the brand’s online properties.
The image message campaign was highly successful with around 1 lakh female users being reached in 4 affluent areas of these select metro cities. Thus, with Vserv Authentic Data we were able to reach out to this niche audience set, reduce audience spillage and improve marketing efficiency.
