Reaching out to such a niche target audience of frequent international flyers was a major challenge for Hyatt.
Approach & Execution:
We leveraged Vserv Authentic Data to derive deterministic data on this niche audience set. We targeted these users with a unique display ad on their smartphone informing users about Hyatt’s customer loyalty programme. The mobile ad also had a call-to-action button, that took users to the Hyatt landing page from where they could sign up for Hyatt’s loyalty programme.
The mobile ad campaign was a tremendous success, reaching international travelers in India. We received over 25% Sign-ins with time spent on site per visit being 796 seconds, with less than 7% drop-off’s for the loyalty programme. Hence, with Vserv Authentic Data only real and authentic consumers were pushed further down the sales funnel, generating authentic leads and removing audience spillage.
