A Look Back At 2020 – Some Of Our Most Successful Campaigns

To a year that has been challenging, testing, motivating and anything but predictable. 2020 put all of us (businesses and individuals) out of our comfort zones into an unpredictable, unforeseen situation which demanded us to ‘Adapt, Improvise & Innovate’ and innovate we did!

This year pushed us to craft new avenues and solutions to cater to the needs of the 'New Normal'. To fit the business trends that grew out of the Pandemic such as the growth of OTT, rise of digital-only financial instruments etc. we moulded and innovated our offerings coherently.

2020 has carved out a milestone in Vserv’s journey which speaks volumes of our resilience, our ability to overcome challenges, to thrive under pressure and to deliver everything we promised and more.

Some of our successful and innovative campaigns in the past year include:

1. iD Fresh Foods

Leveraging OTT platforms Hotstar & SonyLIV and on Facebook, Vserv's multi-channel campaign enabled iD Fresh Foods to reach the kitchens of Indian consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic while garnering an unduplicated unique user reach of 3.4MN+ in Maharashtra and Pune.


2. OneCard & OneScore

To enable OneCard, India's first metal credit card to achieve registrations, we ran Facebook campaigns for both OneScore and OneCard in sequence. First targeting relevant users to download the OneScore app and then re-targeting the same users to register and apply for the metal credit card we helped the brand garner a whooping 15K+ Quality Sign-ups. Moreover, the campaign creatives were powered by our creative wing: Vserv Ad Labs.


3. RIO Pads

For the niche women hygiene brand, RIO Pads to generate awareness and online sales, Vserv leveraged OTT platforms (Hotstar and ZEE5) and Facebook as the primary channels as they were relevant and frequented by the brand's target audience. Our multi-channel campaign enabled an 1.62X increase in purchase intent for RIO Pads.


4. Jockey India

With the winter season setting in, Jockey wanted to promote their winter collection. Vserv Ad Labs, our creative wing constructed an engaging solution for the brand leveraging innovative, real time weather API along with a 'Wipe' ad format. The ad showcased the brand's users the low temperature at their location and subsequently revealed the Jockey Winter collection to beat the cold.


5. Fitbit Charge 4

Fitbit was all set to launch its new variant the Charge 4. To promote the new smartwatch, Vserv Ad Labs leveraged the brand's TVC and translated it into an informative product experience. Moreover, the rich media solution showcased the watch's new features and benefits in an engaging gallery format to the brand's users.

6. Aha Media

Vserv Authentic Audience Data helped niche, regional OTT platform, Aha Media to gain 5000+ paid subscribers in just 45 days. For the Telegu OTT platform we targeted high data guzzlers, music listeners & mobile users from the states of Telangana and Andra Pradesh on Facebook.


7. Spotify India

Spotify, a premium music streaming platform, wanted to promote its paid subscription plans. With Vserv Authentic Audience Data, we targeted the brand's relevant audience through an in-app display campaign. Our programmatic campaign enabled the brand to achieve 100K+ landing page visits.


8. Manyavar & Mohey

Vserv Authentic Audience Data helped ethnic fashion brands, Manyavar & Mohey to reach over 9MN wedding shoppers in just 15 days. To engage with the brands' audience we leveraged popular OTT platforms: Hotstar, Zee5 and SonyLIV ensuring unduplicated reach across these platforms.


9. Dell Inspiron

For Dell to promote its new range of Inspiron laptops, we deployed Vserv Authentic Audience Data segments on Mediamath to run a programmatic campaign. Targeting tech enthusiasts across India we enabled the brand to achieve 50,000+ buying page visits in just 20 days.


10. Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties was looking out to promote its premium projects to their target audience. By leveraging Vserv Authentic Audience Data on Facebook we enabled the brand to achieve an astonishing appointment rate of 25% from affluent consumers along with over 10K web-store visits in just 2 weeks.
