The Sr. Manager- Business Development will be responsible to sell our growing DSP business. This individual will have revenue responsibility for the platform and network buyers participating in the regions assigned.This individual will work closely with the Support teams to ensure that Vserv is delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
- Working closely with our demand partners to optimize their current spending, while maximizing their potential by conducting weekly calls and have an open line of constant communication.
- Manage multiple, strategic ad networks and DSP relationships by providing on-call support and proactively finding ways to grow the account by making optimization recommendations and/or highlighting areas of opportunity.
- Identify and map prospective customers in order to meet revenue targets and extensively increase penetration of customers across categories
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the monetization suite of products and how demand partners can most effectively engage with those various products.
- Effectively represent the company through owning and managing key relationships with company’s most strategic clients
- Identify opportunities to grow client spend through data analysis, research and optimization.
- Knowledge of the online media business and underlying technology and research.
- Strong relationships with advertising agencies, marketing head/managers across industry like FMCG/IT/AUTO/BFSI/HEALTHCARE/TOURISM
- Strong track record in developing leads, setting appointments and conducting face to face client meetings and translating them into revenue
- Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code for UI components
- Proven ability of effectively selling Products/Services and forging client partnerships over a period of time
- Understanding on-going impact of technology on mobile media
- Self-Driven individual who proactively identifies opportunities and makes things happen.

Masters in Business Administration
Min of 5+ years of experience in Ad Sales digital/new media on either agency or corporate side
