Bill Gates, the late Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg are known to be the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. They all had one thing in common, they were all college dropouts! In India, being an entrepreneur is hard enough, being one after facing the stigma of dropping out of school, is even harder. Against all odds, cultural taboos & social pressures, Indore based Manoj Malviya has gone from being an engineering dropout to a successful entrepreneur.
In 2007, Manoj initially started by developing for BREW MP and J2ME devices. Somewhere during this period, he was convinced that mobile app development was the future and more importantly his passion. In 2011, his infectious zeal for mobile app development led him to founding Manotech Softwares in a one bedroom flat with 2 computers and 2 mugs of coffee to keep him company. Manoj today works out of a 3000 square feet office with 35 employees working for him. Manoj’s passion for app development has borne rich results. His company develops apps across all platforms, such as Bowling, Ball balance Time, Zulux Mania, Go Go, which have garnered millions of downloads!
Empowering entrepreneurs like Manoj harness their true potential is what makes us tick! Manoj adds “Vserv has provided us more eCPMs than any other ad network with over 90% in fill rates. Their unique AppWrapper technology has made our work super easy, requiring zero coding effort on our part, we couldn’t have asked for more. We look forward to working with them for all our future projects.”

Manoj is extremely self motivated and derives inspiration from his mother. He plans to scale his employee strength to 100 and start an office overseas in the coming year. His vision is to make Manotech a one stop shop for mobile gaming apps across platforms.
We are sure that Manoj will continue bowling us over with his apps and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs in the years ahead. We wish him all the best and lots of success for the future.
