Tanishq reaches female shoppers in India with Vserv Authentic Data

Objective:

Tanishq was looking to create awareness among female shoppers about various discounts being offered to it’s customers.

Target audience:

Affluent female shoppers above the age of 30 from specific cities and living in close proximity to the Tanishq stores.

Challenge:

Tanishq was facing a challenge reaching out to such a niche audience set of affluent female shoppers.

Approach & Execution:

We leveraged Vserv Authentic Data to derive deterministic data on this niche audience set. We segmented users based on gender, affluence and location. We created image messages that we sent out to affluent female shoppers informing them about the various discounts being offered at the nearby Tanishq store.

Results:

The image message campaigns we have carried out for Tanishq have been a huge success. We have successfully reached out to affluent female shoppers in more than ten cities so far. Tanishq has leveraged Vserv Authentic Data for 10+ mobile marketing campaigns in the last 6 months and continues to do so for most of their store launches / activations.
